1. Acceptance of Terms- By using Niche Hosting services, you agree to be bound by these terms. This agreement governs your use of our hosting, domains, and other services.

2. Service Provision -ÂWe guarantee a 99.9% uptime commitment. In case of downtime or technical issues, we will work swiftly to restore services. Plans include but are not limited to hosting, domain registration, and email services.

3. Payments & Billing -ÂPayment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in our refund policy.

4. Acceptable Use -ÂYou agree not to use our services for illegal activities, including distributing harmful software, phishing, or hosting content that violates copyright laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations.

5. Limitation of Liability -ÂNiche Hosting is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or loss of profits. We do not guarantee complete immunity from security risks but provide state-of-the-art measures to mitigate them.

6. Account Termination -ÂYou may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Refunds will only be issued for accounts terminated within 30 days of service commencement, as per our 30-day money-back guarantee.
